Florida Native Plants
Florida has a native plant for every kind of collector; there are epiphytes, ferns, mosses, vines, wildflowers, grasses, fruit trees, herbs, aquatics, carnivorous and yes- Florida even has cacti and succulents! The rampant development is shrinking the habitat for these lovely plants - and that means less food for pollinators and beneficial native insects. We all need to do our part to restore balance to the environment by giving some of our space to native plants. They actually boost and support the health of your rare cacti and succulents, too! Planting natives was one of the best things we ever did for our cactus and succulent collection's health.
