Consolea rubescens | Roadkill Cactus | Bonsai Specimen in 12" Bowl

I have this urge to try and bonsai everything. This was a very corky little pad that was laying on its side, and growing roots out of the underside instead of the bottom of the pad. I saw little bitty padlets forming around the edges and thought that was SO interesting! I potted it up in a bowl and let it do what it wanted to do...and this is the result. It's a common cactus in an uncommon display! Exact plant shown. This is a very easy species to grow! Approx 12" tall by 8" wide (estimate). Shipped bare root.

We ship all orders Mon-Wed excluding federal holidays. If temperatures near you are below 45℉ we highly recommend adding a heat pack to your order. If temperatures will be much lower than 20℉ please leave us a note with your order asking us to hold your order until a given date as heat packs will fail at temps much lower than 20℉.
