We ship all orders Mon-Wed excluding federal holidays. If temperatures near you are below 45℉ we highly recommend adding a heat pack to your order. If temperatures will be much lower than 20℉ please leave us a note with your order asking us to hold your order until a given date as heat packs will fail at temps much lower than 20℉.

If you’re local to Sarasota, FL you may select local pickup at checkout instead of shipping. Please leave a note with your order of when you would like to pick up your order.

This is the WORST company I have ever deal with in my life!

Plants sent very badly packaged and company refused to very slow to respond and will only give a partial refund. PLEASE look for a more responsible company!

This customer reported her pachypodium was dying over 20 days after receipt. Per our policy, we do not refund or replace plants after 7 days. However, we gave this customer a 50% refund on the $9.99 plant after several threatening emails were received. The customer reported that all other plants in her order were fine, however, she demanded a full refund for the plant, shipping and taxes (which we do not collect in Arizona) as well as a replacement, followed by threats to 'report us to every agency she could find.' We felt this was not reasonable, and as the owner it is my duty to protect my beloved staff from such abuse, so I instructed my manager to cease communication with this person.
