Large plants may require additional shipping charges. Shopify does not have a way for us to assign a certain sized box to certain products. Instead it works off of a "default" box. Our default is an average of our commonly used box sizes and may not calculate accurate rates for larger plants. Please be advised that if shipping will cost us considerably more than you paid, we will send you an invoice and will not ship your plant until the additional cost is paid. We don't mind a few dollars here and there, but previously we have covered shipping costs well over $100 when $20-30 was paid by the customer. Please reach out with any questions.
Additionally, trees may be pruned heavily at our discretion before shipping to help us reduce shipping rates.
