Tephrocactus molinensis | Grafted Plants On Trichocereus Pachanoi

The tephrocactus group is my absolute favorite in the opuntia cactus genus. This guy looks like I dragged him up from a coral reef. It is cold hardy to 20 degrees F or so...which I'll never know for sure since it's always a steamy oven here. That being said, this plant has never been happy here for more than a year - so we decided to try grafting it. What a great decision! This plant is much happier and long lasting on a graft. We constructed the grafts to be low enough that the tephrocactus will eventually obscure the grafting stock.

We ship all orders Mon-Wed excluding federal holidays. If temperatures near you are below 45℉ we highly recommend adding a heat pack to your order. If temperatures will be much lower than 20℉ please leave us a note with your order asking us to hold your order until a given date as heat packs will fail at temps much lower than 20℉.
