Pachypodium baronii baronii seedlings | Red Flower Madagascar Palm | 3" Pot Size

One of the two varieties of Pachypodium baronii. The P. baronii varieties are one of the most striking and beautiful members of the entire genus. They are the only two with striking crimson red flowers. The two varieties, endemic to Northern Madagascar, are separated only by around 150 miles from each other. This one, P. baronii baronii, is found in the Windsor Castle vicinity, which is a large limestone outcropping. It is larger and taller than Pachypodium Baronii windsori, and has shorter flower peduncles, red petals with a yellowish throat. It is extremely rare and desirable.

We ship all orders Mon-Wed excluding federal holidays. If temperatures near you are below 45℉ we highly recommend adding a heat pack to your order. If temperatures will be much lower than 20℉ please leave us a note with your order asking us to hold your order until a given date as heat packs will fail at temps much lower than 20℉.
