We ship all orders Mon-Wed excluding federal holidays. If temperatures near you are below 45℉ we highly recommend adding a heat pack to your order. I’m giving 5stars because the flower buds were lying loose in the damaged packaging other than that the roots were well wrapped and is a great specimen Why does the mail service always damage the packaging ultimately harming the cactus this keeps happening with some of my cactus orders Thanks a lot mail carriers have no respect for packages anymore I’m happy other than this occurrence not the sellers fault

The mail carriers can be a bit brutal! Astrophytum flowers are pretty fragile - however, these astros seem to bloom for most of the year here. Chances are good you will get another flush of flowers soon!
